Harmony Market Garden is a small-scale farm in South Texas, owned and operated by wife and husband team Ellie Pavliska and Cody Bates. With a passion for fresh, nutrient-dense food and sustainable farming, we grow a variety of seasonal vegetables and keep bees that provide raw, local honey.

We farm using regenerative, no- and low-till methods that prioritize soil health and biodiversity. By avoiding synthetic chemicals and focusing on natural solutions, we cultivate fresh, flavorful vegetables while nurturing the land.
